This is the ONGC Green Building being built in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. It designed to be ‘Green, Energy-efficient and Intelligent’ and is a symbol of an Indian organization that is now a global presence in oil exploration.
With more than 60 years of Exploration ONGC had discovered 8 of the 9 producing basins of India. It has come a long way since its inception in the 1950s, and has developed in-house capability in all aspects of exploration and production business i.e., Acquisition, Processing & Interpretation (API) of Seismic data, drilling, work-over and well stimulation operations, engineering & construction, production, processing, refining, transportation, marketing, applied R&D and training, etc.
It has further spread its wings into ONGC Videsh – which currently has a stake in 33 oil and gas projects in 15 Countries, ranging from Brazil and Bangladesh to Russia and Vietnam.
