B Thiagarajan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Madurai University. He has also completed the Senior Executive Program of London Business School. He has more than four decades of experience, having worked for reputed companies such as Larsen &Toubro Ltd, BPL Systems Ltd and Voltas Ltd, prior to joining Blue Star in 1998.

Thiagarajan has handled various assignments in the Service Business, Corporate Communications & Marketing and Corporate Affairs & Planning before he was promoted as President-AC&R Products Group in 2009. He was elevated to the Board in 2013. He was appointed as Joint Managing Director in 2016, and with effect from April 1, 2019, he has taken charge as Managing Director. He currently oversees the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration business operations in India geography, including Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Customer Service. He also oversees Corporate Communications and Public Relations functions.

Thiagarajan plays an active role in various industry fora and is the Past President of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Manufacturers Association (RAMA). He is the Past Chairman of CII Western Region and CII Maharashtra State.

Srinivasa (Srini) Raghavan is the Executive Director - Engineering and Chief Technical Officer at Cummins India. In this role, he leads the Cummins Technical Center India (CTCI) and oversees the Technical Shared Services organization. He is also responsible for advancing the region’s technology strategy, strengthening technical capabilities, developing talent and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Srini is also a part of the Cummins Global Technical Leadership.

With over 20 years of extensive engineering and leadership experience, Srini began his career at Bosch in 1999. He joined Cummins in 2007 as an Applications Engineering Leader for On-Highway Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and has since excelled in various high-impact positions, significantly shaping product development and innovation within power solutions.

From 2023 to early 2025, Srini served as the Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine (H2 ICE) Development Director during an expatriate assignment in Columbus, USA. In this role, he led cutting-edge advancements in hydrogen engine technology in collaboration with the Engine Business Unit (EBU) and Research and Technology (R&T) teams.

With a long experience of more than two decades, today, she is the founder and director of Climate Trends, a research consultancy that's driving sharper conversations on climate change. She leads a team focused on building public and policy understanding on issues of the environment, climate change, clean energy, and clean air. Climate Trends is instrumental in supporting the research efforts of many large organisations, think tanks, academics, and researchers working on environmental and sustainability issues. It also closely works with state and central government agencies in the country to strengthen their climate action goals through evidence-based, data-driven research and stakeholder engagements to identify creative solutions to advance sustainable development.

She also started CarbonCopy, an editorial venture to expand coverage of climate change issues in India. Within a few years of its inception, CarbonCopy has emerged as a significant online platform tracking climate science, politics, and analysis from India and around the world.

Abanti Sankaranarayanan is the Chief Group Public Affairs Officer and Member of the Group Executive Board of the Mahindra Group. In her role, Abanti leads Public Policy & Regulation and Sustainability for the Mahindra Group. Abanti serves as Director on the Board of Mahindra Electric Automobile Limited, Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited, Mahindra Defence Systems Ltd., Mahindra Aerospace Pvt. Ltd., and CIE Automotive, Spain. She is also Member of the Executive Council of Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).

Bipin Odhekar heads Sustainability, EHS & Operations Excellence function at Marico. He has done his graduation in Production Engineering and Executive Management from IIM Banglore. His professional experience of 24 years of spans over multiple areas like sustainability, operations, projects, quality, Safety and process excellence. He implemented various projects in improving process efficiencies and manufacturing cost.

As a Sustainability Head for Marico, Bipin was instrumental in developing the function. He played a key role in creating sustainability pathway for Marico which includes strategy, targets and governance mechanisms for disclosures. He, along with sustainability team, helped Marico to achieve prestigious recognitions and sustainability goals.

Srestha is the Director of Just Transition and Climate Change at the International Forum for Environment, Sustainability and Technology (iFOREST). She holds a PhD in Environmental and Energy Policy from the University of Delaware, Biden School of Public Policy and Administration (USA), and a Masters in Environmental Studies from Ohio University (USA).

As a public policy expert, she has worked with India and US-based environmental and public policy think tanks over the past 16 years. Her current areas of work include just energy transition and green growth, climate change, sustainable resource management and benefit sharing, and participatory governance. She has authored/co-authored several scholarly publications in her areas of work. She has also been actively writing and speaking at various public platforms to build policy and public engagement to drive a just energy transition, steer pathways for green growth and support an inclusive climate action agenda.

Dr. Gayathri built the Sambhav Foundation with a vision to enable livelihoods and to enhance the quality of life of vulnerable communities through Education, Employability, and Entrepreneurship. Her mission was to touch millions of lives, empower youth, men, and women to earn a decent living, and become micro-entrepreneurs.

She has been extensively involved in policy issues and community mobilizations relating to labour and livelihoods, leading to recognition and accolades across the globe. She also co-founded LabourNet and played a pivotal role in its development and expansion, eventually facilitating its transition to the hands of a professional team to ensure sustained growth and impact.

Dr. Gayathri was cited as one of the top 50 women in business by Business Today, a leading magazine in India, in the year 2017 and "Entrepreneur of the Year in Social Business Category" by Forbes India in 2018. She is also a recipient of NITI Aayog's Women Transforming India Award for 2021. She has been a TED speaker several times. Geetanjoy Sahu is a Professor at the Centre for Climate Change & Sustainability Studies, School of Habitat Studies, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. His research and teaching interests include environmental jurisprudence, environmental regulation and policy, land and forest rights, and the political economy of public policy design and implementation. He is also the Chairperson of the Centre for Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.

Pranshu is the Founder of Karo Sambhav which was setup in 2017 with the aim of ‘Making Circular Economy Possible’. Rucha Pande is the Chief Operating Officer at Mantra4Change since April 2021. Prior to this, she headed the Research & Design team at the organization since 2017. Dr.SSV Ramakumar is currently the Chief Technology officer and Executive Vice President of AM Green- a company promoted by Greenko. Currently, he is responsible for technology scouting, due diligence and adoption of various green technologies. Previously, he has been Director, (R&D) on the Board of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd with more than three and half decades of experience in downstream hydrocarbons sector. He has also pioneered various alternative energy programmes including waste to energy, bio, solar and energy storage etc for IndianOil. He has been a part of various drafting and implementation committees of National Green Hydrogen Mission (NGHM). A fellow of Indian National Academy of Engineering (FNAE), he holds a doctorate in chemistry from IIT-Roorkee and has been conferred with its Distinguished Alumni Award for the year 2021.

Sudarshan serves as the Chief Development Officer at Reliance Foundation. Formerly the CEO of Save the Children, Sudarshan is a seasoned civil society leader and an authority in participatory practices for empowering communities to lead transformation. He has rich local and global experience in academics, development, and in the corporate environment. Saiansh Tapuriah is a 15-year-old student changemaker from The Shri Ram School, Gurgaon.

Since an early age, he started identifying everyday issues in his immediate environment and has been working on several innovations related to environmental and social causes.

His most notable innovation, with a filed patent, is an affordable device that can detect epileptic seizures, with the potential to help millions of epileptic patients. Some other projects include an app to reduce air pollution, and a campaign to collect and recycle plastic waste from used pens.

Under Radha Goenka’s guidance, RPG Foundation is carving a path for India’s future by channelling investments into youth, women, environment, and culture. He joined Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (M&M) in 2001 and served as Executive Vice President and Company Secretary until April 1, 2025. In this role, he led the Secretarial Compliance function for the entire Mahindra Group and served as a Director on the Boards of several Group companies.

Mr. Shankar has been a member of the Secretarial Standards Board of the ICSI and has contributed to several committees constituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

He was part of the MCA Committee tasked with reviewing managerial remuneration and also served on the Sub-Committee of the Company Law Committee (CLC) focused on revising the Companies Act, 2013. Mr. Shankar was a member of the SEBI-appointed ESOP Committee, which revamped the ESOP guidelines into formal regulations in 2014, and he also played a key role in overhauling the SBEB Regulations. Manmohan Singh is the Co-Founder & CEO of Kaivalya Education Foundation, an initiative of the Piramal Foundation. Smarinita Shetty is co-founder and CEO at IDR, Asia's largest media platform on the development sector. She has more than 27 years of experience leading functions across strategy, operations, sales and business development. Raghu Ram established South Asia’s first purpose built comprehensive Breast Centre (Hyderabad), founded a Breast Cancer Charity to create awareness about the importance of “early detection”, implemented a large-scale population-based screening Programme in Telangana & Andhra Pradesh and played a pivotal role in genesis of a Breast Surgical Society. He is a Padma Shri & Dr B.C. Roy national awardee and Officer of the Most Excellent Order of British Empire (OBE). Dr. Bharat V. Shah is one of India’s leading nephrologists with an illustrious career spanning clinical practice, research, education, and organ transplantation advocacy. He is the Managing Trustee of the Narmada Kidney Foundation and Director of the Institute of Renal Sciences at Gleneagles Hospital, Mumbai. He is also Director of Advanced Renal Replacement Therapies and Transplant Diagnostics and Immunogenetics. He is also a visiting consultant nephrologist at Reliance Foundation Hospital. Dr. Shah is a respected educator affiliated with the National Board training program in nephrology and the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. He has over 97 publications to his name and has received multiple national honors including the Khullar Oration (2011), J M Patel Oration (2016), and Dronacharya Award (2018). As Secretary of the ZTCC Mumbai, he plays a pivotal role in organ transplant coordination. With a medical career spanning over five decades, Dr. Sultan A. Pradhan has had the privilege of being trained and serving at some of the world’s leading cancer institutions — including the Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai and the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.

A pioneer in head and neck oncology and one of the early advocates of laser surgery for laryngeal cancers, Dr. Pradhan’s clinical contributions have significantly shaped treatment protocols for complex cancers in India.

As a dedicated academician, he has authored three widely referenced books on surgery of the larynx and hypopharynx, forming essential reading for ENT postgraduate students. His efforts to establish oncology training programs in public hospitals such as Nair, Sion, and KEM have strengthened the capacity for cancer care delivery to underserved communities.

Dr. Pradhan’s work has been widely recognized. Among the many honours he has received are the QIMPRO Platinum Standard Award, the Lifetime Achievement Award from IFHNOS, the Rotary Club of Bombay’s “Citizen of Bombay” Award, and the prestigious Dhanvantri Award presented by the Governor of Maharashtra.

His deep commitment to advancing head and neck cancer care — the most prevalent form of cancer in India — led to the founding of the Head & Neck Cancer Institute of India (HNCII) in 2023. Located in Mazgaon, Mumbai, this 100-bed, dedicated facility stands as a centre of excellence in clinical care, research, and medical education.

A kidney transplant recipient and former corporate leader, Jaya Jairam turned personal adversity into purpose. With a background in engineering and finance, she left an 18-year career to champion organ donation in India. In 2016, she launched MOHAN Foundation’s Mumbai Chapter, driving partnerships with the Maharashtra government that enabled over 450 transplants, transforming lives of the underserved. She also founded a Patient Support Group for the dialysis and transplantation patient community. A Mini Fellow of the Gift of Life Institute (USA) and recipient of an International Scientific Grant, Jaya is a published researcher and relentless advocate for ethical, accessible organ transplantation nationwide.

Mr. Rameshwar P. Naik is a seasoned healthcare leader and social impact advocate with over two decades of grassroots experience delivering medical aid and public health support across Maharashtra and India. Currently serving as the State Desk Head for Charity Hospitals and State Head of the Chief Minister’s Medical Relief Fund in Maharashtra, Dr. Naik has also served as a consultant to the Medical Education Department in Madhya Pradesh. Through his NGO, Niramay Seva Foundation, he has facilitated free healthcare access for over 12.5 lakh underprivileged patients, organized more than 100 health camps, and conducted multiple awareness drives and cataract surgery programs. A dedicated changemaker, he has championed organ and eye donation marathons and worked extensively to increase transparency in charitable hospital services. Dr. Naik brings a unique perspective on inclusive, preventive, and scalable public health, making him a valuable voice in the conversation on rethinking CSR in healthcare.

Mrs. Shalini Jatia is the Officer-In-Charge of the ImPaCCT Foundation at Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), an autonomous body under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. TMC currently operates nine hospitals across the country, with two additional facilities under construction.

In 2010, Shalini played a pivotal role in establishing the pediatric foundation at TMC and continues to lead its comprehensive care and support infrastructure, positively impacting countless children and their families who are battling cancer. She works closely with government agencies, NGOs, corporate entities, and private and charitable trusts to provide essential financial and psychosocial support to patients from all parts of India seeking treatment at the hospital.

Each year, TMC sees approximately 4,500 new cases of childhood cancer, with 80% of these children coming from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, necessitating extensive support. The counseling and care provided at TMC have set a benchmark in the industry, largely due to Shalini’s leadership. She oversees a dedicated team of 80 professionals, including doctors, infection control teams, social workers, data analysts, and volunteers. This team provides individual, local-language counseling, significantly reducing treatment dropout rates. Additionally, Shalini’s team conducts unique bereavement counseling for families who lose a child during treatment.

As a thought leader in the field of pediatric oncology, Shalini has contributed to the drafting of guidelines for the Indian Cancer Cure Fund in collaboration with HDFC Bank, ensuring a consistent pipeline of support for cancer patients. Her groundbreaking research, which demonstrated how the social support services at TMC have reduced abandonment rates in pediatric cancer patients from 25% to 4%, earned her the Best Paper Award at the International Pediatric Oncology Congress in 2012. This work was also published in Pediatric Blood & Cancer in 2019.

Shalini is committed to continuously improving cancer care by attending global summits and bringing back best practices to TMC. She has presented research papers to prestigious bodies such as the International Society of Paediatric Oncology (SIOP) and has participated in renowned observership programs at institutions such as Boston Children’s Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in the USA.

In addition to her work at TMC, Shalini serves on the boards of several NGOs, where she lends her expertise and leadership to furthering their missions. She is also deeply committed to mentoring students, helping to guide the next generation of leaders in healthcare and social impact. Furthermore, Shalini has played a key role in expanding TMC’s volunteering and employee engagement programs, encouraging a culture of giving back and fostering a sense of community within the hospital.

Rajlakshmi Patil is the founder of the D Y Patil Climate Action Lab (D-CAL), leading sustainability initiatives at D Y Patil University and across Maharashtra and India through clean-up drives, plantations, and education-focused workshops. She holds a BSc in Geography from UCL and is currently pursuing an MSc in Urbanisation and Development at LSE. Passionate about integrating sustainability into higher education, she also enjoys skiing, playing the piano, and writing poetry.
