Is this the press box at Lords Cricket Ground?
This is the media box at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot, designed in the same style as the one at Lords, London.
The stadium has a cantilever design and no pillar becomes a viewing hindrance to any spectator – a major change from other Indian grounds. With a pitch that lasts five days, world class dressing rooms and state of the art facilities, it has won the admiration of most players who have played here. Among them is former Australian Captain George Bailey, who after a T20 international match, expressed that the stadium was probably the best ground and stadium he had played on.
