Overview:

1. Unstoppable 21 is an initiative and the sole property of Bennett, Coleman and Company Limited (“BCCL”). The initiative will commence on August 17th 2023.
2. The programme seeks to speak about the spirit of India’s youth who are unstoppable in the quest for making their aspirations come true, who can overcome any challenge posed to them and who are making a name both for themselves and for India globally, via their efforts.
3. The programme will seek to showcase 21 young people, who are 21 years of age or lesser, and who represent this spirit of an Unstoppable India.
4. The list of 21 is only intended as a representative sample of young Indians who symbolize this spirit and is not limited to merely this set of people, but millions more who are similar.
5. The list is not to be taken as a ranking of any sort, as all 21 are to be considered equal in spirit, achievement and stature.

Eligibility:

6. All participants applying for the programme must be born no earlier than January 1, 2003 to ensure they are below 21 throughout the journey of this programme.
7. Participants must be Indian citizens.
8. There is no entry fee for participation and it is entirely free of cost.
9. All participation forms must be filled by individuals. Participation is not open to institutions.

Timelines: The programme will go through the following timelines and process:

• Entry Phase: Between August 17th and 31st, participants to register for the programme
• Shortlisting Phase: An internal process of shortlisting by senior representatives of The Times of India
• Finalisation Phase: Jury of eminent citizens will arrive at a final shortlist by September second week
• Announcement: Final set of Unstoppable 21 to be announced in mid-September, 2023

Registration and Entry Form related:

10. As part of the initiative, The Times of India invites young Indians to submit details of their achievement via an online form which must be filled as per the instructions given.
11. One participant can only fill in one form for one initiative. If you have multiple initiatives, be sure to fill separate forms using different mobile numbers and email ids.
12. Email ids and mobile numbers are unique to every form and a participant cannot use the same email id or mobile number for multiple forms.
13. Participants will need to select one of seven streams given: Humanities, Science, Sports, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Social Activism and Entrepreneurship.
14. The form must be complete in all respects. Supporting documents and links will add to the credibility of his/her initiative and its impact.
15. Participants will be solely responsible for the authenticity of the information provided in the form and if, at any stage, the information provided is found to be inaccurate, his/her participation will be cancelled.

Gratification:

16. As part of the programme, 21 young people will be showcased. Do note that the number can be changed at the sole discretion of BCCL.
17. The 21 outstanding Indians will be given:

• a. The title of Unstoppable India Ambassadors. With certificates to this effect.
• b. They will be featured online, in the newspaper and in other communication, such as a video featuring them as symbols of an Unstoppable India.

Overall:

18. Unstoppable 21 will be hosted with the start and end dates as decided by BCCL. BCCL reserves the right to modify, cancel, discontinue or terminate the programme at any time or to accept or reject any or all entries at their absolute discretion without giving any prior notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
19. Decision of BCCL will be final and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
20. Unstoppable 21 may change the Terms and Conditions of participation at any time without prior notice. The amended Terms and Conditions of Entry will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website. Important changes to the Terms and Conditions may be highlighted on the programme website for your convenience; however, you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to regularly visit the website to read any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
21. Participants hereby agree not to provide or make known his/her e-mail address to any other person for facilitating such person's access and unauthorized use.
22. Participant hereby agrees that all content herein is the sole property of BCCL and/or its Unstoppable 21 partners.
23. Participants hereby agree that upon posting Information or conducting Communications, he/she grants BCCL and its successors and assigns a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, unrestricted license under your copyrights or other intellectual property rights in such Information or Communications, if any, to use, license, sub-license, adapt, distribute, display, publicly perform, reproduce, transmit, modify, edit and create derivative works from such material in any and all media, in any manner, in whole or in part, now known or hereafter developed without any duty to account to the participant.
24. Participants hereby waive all rights to any claim against BCCL or its affiliates and Unstoppable 21 partners for any alleged or actual infringement of any proprietary rights, rights of privacy and publicity, moral rights, and rights of attribution about such Information or Communications.
25. Participant grants BCCL the right to authorize the downloading and printing of such Information or Communications, or any portion thereof, by other users for their use.
26. Participant hereby agrees that BCCL may, in their sole discretion, terminate or suspend his/her access to all or part of Unstoppable 21 for any reason, including without limitation breach of these Terms and Conditions (or any subsequent modifications hereof)
27. Participant hereby agrees that BCCL, its affiliates, and any independent contractor and Unstoppable 21 partners engaged by BCCL to assist in moderating the programme, shall not be liable in any way, and the participant hereby also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BCCL, its affiliates, and any independent contractor and Unstoppable 21 partners to assist in moderating the programme, from any claim, demand, proceeding, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) made by any third party relating to or arising out of

• - your use of this site or any information, products, services or software available on or through this site;
• - your breach of these Terms and Conditions or other improper act or omission by you;
• - any inaccuracy, error or delay in, or omissions of
• - any such data or information on Unstoppable 21 or
• - the transmission or delivery of any such data or information;
• - unauthorized access
• - theft; or
• - any loss or damage arising from or occasioned by
• - any such inaccuracy, error, delay or omission;
• - non-performance or interruption of any such data or information due either to any negligent act or omission by the Unstoppable 21 or BCCL or to any "force majeure" (i.e., flood, extraordinary weather conditions, earthquake, or other act of God, fire, war, insurrection, riot, labour dispute, accident, action of government, communications power failure, or equipment or software malfunction) or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of BCCL.

Disclaimer:

28. BCCL and its affiliates and Unstoppable 21 partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims related to your termination from the Unstoppable 21.
29. BCCL is providing this Unstoppable 21 website and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this website or the content, information and materials contained within or accessible through this site, including without limitation, that they are accurate, complete or current.
30. BCCL's decision will be final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. The entries shall be the sole property of BCCL, who shall be free to use the same for any promotional or other activities in future.
31. BCCL holds no warranty and makes no representation regarding the quality of the prizes, if any. All the prizes will fall under the standard terms and conditions for warranty as defined by the concerned Company by whom the gratification is sponsored/ manufactured. Those who make it to the Unstoppable 21 list shall be bound by the terms and conditions as communicated to them by the respective sponsors.
32. Participants are solely responsible for any expenses incurred in participating in the Unstoppable 21 programme or in the acceptance and use of the prizes. BCCL and sponsors shall not be responsible for any loss or damages suffered by the participants who make it to the list of the Unstoppable 21.
33. BCCL and group company employees and their children cannot participate in the programme.
34. BCCL reserves the right to contact participants for various promotions & offers.
35. All disputes will be subject to courts of Delhi jurisdiction only.
